Feb. 28, 2010 ---- At the IAP State Convention Tim Fasano won the nomination for US Senate.
He accepted the nomination and is expected to file with the Secretary of State
by weeks end.

Apr. 14, 2010 ----Today at 9:30 AM Judge Bennet heard the case against Scott Ashjian concerning his
eligibility qualifications. After an hour of hearing the attorneys arguments Judge
Bennet required additional documents before he would make a decision.
Judge Bennet said he would make a decision by the end of the week.
Apr. 15, 2010 ----Tim Fasano was invited to speak at the Tea Party event held in Carson City, Nv
in the morning, he also attended and spoke at the Tea Party event at Fallon
Nevada later in the afternoon.
May 13, 2010 ---- Tim Fasano has accepted an invitation for an interview on Political Talk Radio,
1230 AM channel, at 11:30 in the morning in Las Vegas, NV
May 20, 2010 ---- Tim Fasano will be attending a candidates "meet and greet" in Round
Mountain at the Simpson Center in Hadley/Round Mountain at 6:00

Aug. 12,2010 ---- Joel Hansen, attorney for Tim Fasano, filed an appeal with the Nevada
Supreme Court yesterday to remove Scott Asjian from the Nov.
ballot.
